Orange Tea with Cheese Foam

This refreshing Orange Tea with Cheese Foam layers the citrusy aroma of Earl Grey tea with fresh orange juice, topped with a rich and airy cheese foam. The bold tea base is lightly sweetened and balanced by the creamy, slightly salty topping. The result is a velvety, aromatic drink with depth, texture, and a luxurious mouthfeel—like a dessert and tea all in one!
Orange Tea with Cheese Foam

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Earl Grey tea bags, I used Ahmad Tea
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • 1.76 oz cream cheese, (50g)
  • 1 tablespoon condensed milk
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups fresh orange juice
  • Ice cubes

Method
 

Brew the Earl Grey Tea:
  1. Add the tea bags and sugar into 1 cup of hot water.
    2 Earl Grey tea bags, 1 cup hot water, 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  2. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
  3. Let it steep for 10 minutes, then remove the tea bags.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Make the Cream Foam topping:
  1. In a mixing bowl or Pyrex, combine heavy cream, cream cheese, condensed milk, and salt.
    ¾ cup heavy cream, 1.76 oz cream cheese, 1 tablespoon condensed milk, ½ teaspoon salt
  2. Whisk with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
  3. Set aside and refrigerate until ready to use.
Assemble the Drink
  1. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
    Ice cubes
  2. Pour orange juice until the glass is halfway full.
    3 cups fresh orange juice
  3. Add chilled Earl Grey tea until the glass is ¾ full.
  4. Gently top with the cheese foam until the glass is full.
Garnish and serve:
  1. Garnish with dried orange slices and edible dried petals for a beautiful, aromatic touch.
  2. Serve immediately and enjoy!
